On 04 February 2026, we announced an adjustment to the end-of-life date for the legacy services Pioneer 5TB and Nimitz 10TB.
These were sent out to customers via e-mail.

Original EOL: 1 April 2027

Updated EOL: 30 April 2026
As renewal dates vary between customers, any service renewing in March 2026 will be set to terminate on its corresponding renewal date in April 2026. No renewals will extend beyond April 2026.
Any prepaid time extending past the updated EOL date will be pro-rated and refunded starting 6 May 2026.
Upgrade options are available but not mandatory. Customers may cancel anytime from the Client Area.
This notice has also been published under Network Issues (Critical) to ensure visibility within the logged-in client panel.
