Summary
On March 1st, 2026, irregular behavior was identified affecting PayPal payment processing within the HOST-C billing platform.
A subset of transactions were not immediately finalized due to synchronization inconsistencies between the billing platform and PayPal.
As a result, certain payments completed on the PayPal side were not instantly reflected in the HOST-C system.
