Refund Policy

Standard Refund Window

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refunds are available only for list-priced products
  • Promotional services are not refundable in cash and may only be refunded as account credit
  • Eligible list-priced products qualify for a 48-hour no-questions-asked refund window from the time of purchase, provided that the request is not based on clearly stated service limitations, policy restrictions, or product specifications
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at purchase
  • Services purchased using account credit are not eligible for cash refunds and may only be returned as account credit

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Misuse of services or resource abuse
  • Violations of our Terms and Conditions (including “hit and run” activity)
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or policy-circumventing behavior
  • Requests based on misunderstanding or lack of review of clearly stated service limitations, including but not limited to network restrictions (e.g., blocked SMTP ports), resource limits, or product specifications presented prior to or during the ordering process
  • Requests based on clearly stated service limitations that were presented and acknowledged during the ordering process

Identity and Payment Verification

Refund eligibility, account credit, and service ownership are determined based on the account holder recorded in our system.

The following conditions apply:

  • Account information must accurately reflect the identity of the account holder and the payment method used
  • Payment details must correspond with the account holder’s identity
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method associated with the verified account holder
  • Services associated with accounts containing inconsistent, unverifiable, or misleading identity or payment information may be subject to:
    • Refund restrictions
    • Conversion of refunds to account credit only
    • Additional verification requirements

We reserve the right to deny or limit refunds where account ownership or payment identity cannot be clearly verified.


Credit Option

Customers may request the conversion of the remaining unused value of an active service into account credit.

Account credit can be used to:

  • Purchase any currently available product
  • Participate in promotions or sales (subject to stock availability)
  • Switch between products within the same sales channel by canceling the existing service and provisioning a new one using the available credit

Important Notes

  • Account credit does not override any service restrictions, including:
    • Non-transferable promotional services
    • Non-upgradable promotional services
    • Promotional stacking limitations
  • By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted all service limitations and restrictions presented during the ordering process
  • If account credit exceeds $5 USD, the customer may request a refund to the original payment method; the customer is responsible for any applicable payment gateway or processing fees
  • Refunds cannot be issued to alternative payment methods
