Summary
As part of our routine platform maintenance program, HOST-C will upgrade its WHMCS billing and customer management platform from 9.0.7-release.1 to 9.0.9-release.1.
This maintenance upgrade includes the cumulative security fixes and integration improvements introduced in versions 9.0.8 and 9.0.9.
Implemented Improvements
The upgrade will apply the following vendor updates:

Security fixes addressing CVE-2026-67399 and CVE-2026-67398

Corrections to Plesk server module integration errors

Updates to Plesk service suspension, unsuspension, and password change operations

Updated Plesk XML-RPC protocol version to 1.6.9.1

Improved caching of MarketConnect service data

Improved service ordering on the administrative MarketConnect page
Customer Impact

Brief interruptions to the client portal, billing platform, and ordering system may occur during maintenance.

Customers may need to retry portal requests after maintenance is complete.

Existing hosting services, VPS instances, and network connectivity are not expected to be affected.
Current Status
The upgrade is planned. Installation and post-maintenance validation are pending.
Following the upgrade, HOST-C will verify client portal access, invoice viewing, ordering, payment integrations, and scheduled automation. This notice will be updated with the completion status and any observed customer impact.
