A transfer fee applies, payable by the new owner.
Transfers require confirmation from both parties and are typically completed within 24 hours, depending on support workload.
Accounts used primarily for resale abuse or bulk promotional purchasing may be suspended.
Violations may result in account termination without refund.
18. Service Upgrade Rules
Customers may request service upgrades or consolidations subject to availability.
Promotional services may have additional restrictions and may not always be eligible for transfer or upgrade.
Unused service value may be converted to account credit depending on the product type.
19. Standard Refund Window
